The completed essay page, list of extracurricular activities, and recommendation of a faculty member must be included. The recommendation by the faculty member must be mailed directly by the faculty member to KBA.
You also need to make copies of all forms once completed and send those to the broadcasting/telecommunications department chair at your college or university.
You will be notified of your selection by the KBA college scholarship program by June 5, 2006.
You must include all of the following materials to be eligible for consideration:
1) Completed Application Form.
2) Official Transcript of Your College or University Work.
3) Essay Page.
4) List of Extracurricular Activities.
5) Recommendation of a Faculty Member (Mailed directly to KBA Scholarship chair, with a copy to the school's department head, by the Faculty Member).
