*All seminars are 9am to Noon - Local Time

May 24 - Hopkinsville
James E Bruce Convention Center
303 Conference Center Drive
Hopkinsville KY 42240
270-707-7000

SEMINAR OVERVIEW::"The 2007 Radio Marketplace - Building Revenue in a High Tech Culture."

Bart will build a strong, documented case for positioning radio against newspaper despite the fact that they (newspapers) are ahead of the learning curve in integrated marketing techniques like website development.

Bart will show why it is mandatory that advertisers reallocate a large portion of their ad budgets from newspaper to radio (or TV) and why electronic media advertising provides the most efficient and effective way for retailers to find marketplace success with the least amount of budgetary waste.

Each participant will receive a detailed handout, in addition to a PowerPoint presentation on current industry data.
All in all, content driven high-energy experience with information that can be used to increase billings beginning the very next day.

What is the PEP Program?
PEP stands for Public Education Partnership. Through this program the KBA arranges placement of the sponsor's PEP announcements on radio and television stations throughout every market of the state. Broadcasters generously contribute their best available unsold time to air the PEP announcements providing the sponsoring agencies with time slots that are varied. Station participation in the KBA PEP program is voluntary.
Almost all KBA stations donate airtime for the PEP program and air the schedules based upon a monthly insertion order that they receive from the KBA.   The funding that KBA receives from each sponsor is used to pay for expenses related to KBA seminars and events, saving broadcasters thousands of dollars a year in fees and registration costs.

Current PEP Sponsors are:
*  The KY Army National Guard
*  The KY Circuit Court Clerk’s Trust for Life
* The Honorable Order of KY Colonels
* The KY Public Service Commission
* The KY Department of Tourism
* The KY Association of Manufacturers
