KBA's new Young Professionals Committee is a community of broadcasters, age 40 and under, that exists to support, engage and develop young broadcasters and emerging leaders through collaboration, mentorship, team building, networking and educational opportunities.

The Committee plans to meet quarterly, plan fun networking events, assist with programming at KBA's Annual Conference and host an annual retreat for young professionals.
